I was just using my mj and thought the phone I was using was broken there is no sound on outgoing calls I can speak but there is nothing coming out the ear piece. If i receive the call then I can hear just fine.

224 area code any ideas? I'm guessing it's upgrades again.

Give them a couple days to finish their "upgrade". It sounds like most MJ users around the country are having some issue with incoming & outgoing calls.

Can't make calls. My Area Code (305) 5:26PM Eastern Time. But I can receive them. I'm sure the upgrades will be worth the wait.

I get the exact opposite, I can place outgoing calls just fine. Incoming calls will go straight to voicemail. I'm in area code 206.

Update: incoming issue for area code 206 is fixed around 2:30pm PST 3/27 Laughing

Ok, the sound is fixed but now 1 out of ~5 outgoing calls works the rest ring a few and then a busy tone starts and mj disconnects

Ok, now the calls go through on the first try and I have sound but is is really crackly and quiet. I just signed up on tuesday, is it like this every week or has it actually been useable for more than 1 call before it goes down?
