These day's many ISP's are blocking things. For example, Comcast [Comcrap] recently blocked torrents. What can we do? Support Net Neutrality. Check out http://www.savetheinternet.com.

Comcast blocking torrents. Not here. But then again they maybe be blocking the typical torrent ports. Try a different port (look in your client settings) If you need more help - pm me

Did you get a chance to try a different port?
Make sure you have encryption enabled also.
