| Amazing, after promises along with more promises we finally have Charlotte and Raleigh NC Phone numbers, for those from these areas change your numbers over ASAP as there is a limited supply. |

Apparanlty it has!!!!!!!!!! Iowa has area codes now, heck yah we're finally moving somewhere with the area codes!!!!!!!!  |

All weekend long the area code list on the Magic Jack site has gone back to the shorter list of NC area codes (total of 6, I think) all pending, none active. But earlier in the week 704 (Charlotte) and 919 (Raleigh) were listed as "active." Now they are not. Anyone know anything about this?

I finally got greensboro as my local since that is where I am from. Had originally gotten a Las Vegas area code since there were no NC's available, then I switch to Raleigh a month ago for free and when I saw Greensboro come up this week I jumped to it once again for free. Thanks MAGICJACK!
Raleigh and Charlotte numbers ran out in 48 hours after the first few commercials aired. I take it they purchased more #'s. |

They got active for a ton of NC cities, of course no Asheville or Fletcher. Wah! 
Othere than that, I'm very happy with MagicJack. My mom FINALLY joined the 21st Century and got hi-speed. This makes a great belated birthday gift.
Saving mom money is always a good idea.
